The Ogle County Health Department will be onsite to give flu shots to interested students and staff on October 14 and 15, 2020. Please ensure that you have filled out the attached form in its entirety and attach a copy of your insurance card, if applicable. OCHD accepts Medicaid and most major insurance carriers. Without insurance, the cost is $35. Cash and checks are accepted. Please make checks out to the Ogle County Health Department. Health department staff will make a reasonable attempt to vaccinate all children, but if they are not cooperative, they will not restrain them or use force.
