- Eligible participants through 8th grade
- Must provide manual ride with wheels
- Bicycle clinic to ensure safety
- Successful completion of training receives new helmets
- Several opportunities to earn extra tickets for raffle
- Previous participants receive tickets
- Many other ways to earn tickets for raffle
- Raffle includes three new bicycles and several bicycle accessories
